In order to support the health and wellbeing of all our staff, clients and volunteers, from Monday the 23rd March, Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest will be providing limited services. To ensure the health of everyone in our community, these services will take place digitally and over the phone.
The health of everyone in our community is of the highest importance to us and we urge everyone who is experiencing symptoms to follow the NHS guidance.
At Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest, we are fortunate enough to have contact with lots of members of the community. Whether you use our services, have a training course booked with us, or are expecting to join us for an event in the coming weeks, we hope that the below updates will give you some clarity.
Our service users are at the heart of everything we do at Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest and we are working hard to ensure that we have measures in place to continue offering you support.
If there is to be a change in the service that you’re accessing, a member of staff will be in touch via your preferred means of contact to let you know and If you’re worried about a change in your service, please call 0208 985 4239.
We are currently looking into ways to provide training digitally. If you’re interested, please email rianna.comer@mindchwf.org.uk
