"I am now back in full-time work, computer literate and getting my life back on track. None of this would have been possible without the support that I received from everybody at the hospital and at Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest."

User of Education Service

"I can honestly say that the action plan was an invaluable tool for enabling me to get my life back on track. In fact, it has probably proved to be the most useful turning point in my life, and it has set me on course for a much more productive and healthier working life, and hopefully a much happier future."

A message from Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest

Due to the Coronavirus, we have made some temporary changes to our services and, from the 23rd March, our offices will be temporarily closed.
This doesn’t mean that we aren’t still available to provide services, support, and information. We’re still running most of our services and are still here for you, just in a slightly different way.
As always, we welcome people getting in touch with us via website, email, phone or text and, if you have an appointment booked or are receiving ongoing support in any of our other services, we will be in touch with you via phone or email.  We are making changes to how we work so we can continue to help you.
We know to the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest are made of amazing, creative and compassionate friends, neighbours and communities.  Through taking care of our wellbeing,  staying calm and connected, we can look after each other.  Take care all, the Mind CHWF team.
