5 to Thrive will be launched on Monday 27 March 2023 from the Hackney Health and Wellbeing van, which will be situated on the Narrow Way, Mare St, Hackney, E8 1JB, from 12-4pm (opposite Marks and Spencer Food Hall).
‘5 to Thrive’ - based on the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ outlines five simple steps that people can make every day. In City and Hackney, Five to Thrive offers advice, suggested activities, and local events that residents can access to maintain positive mental health and wellbeing through the five ways- connecting, being active, learning, giving, and taking notice.
