If you haven’t watched sessions one and two, we would recommend going back and starting with those to ground yourself in the practices that will be used in this series

In this session, we play with balance. Learning to feel your body in space and finding balance both in seated and standing positions. We’ll explore how balance is not a single set point but more of a conversation as we constantly adapt and adjust.
