Welcome to session one of our Mind and Body Series
This first instalment of the series will introduce the course and how it might be able to help you, we would encourage you to start the video if you are curious and decide if it would be helpful for you to continue with the series
We’ll be using physical sensation to get familiar with being in your body. Starting with simple movement and settling toward stillness, watching the breath and noticing sensations as they arise.
You are welcome to revisit this as many times as you like and we hope that you find the practices helpful in managing your wellbeing at home
