Therapy can give you time and space to learn more about your thoughts, feelings and behaviours; it can also help to make sense of things and learn more about your self.
General therapy
Whatever you’re dealing with – there is a therapy option for you at Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest. Our general therapy offer is available to people experiencing a range mental health and life issues, and is for people of all backgrounds and communities.
Specialist therapy
Independent from the NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety & Depression service, we also offer Talking Therapy specialisations led by and for people of African Caribbean Heritage and the LGBTQIA+ communities. These two pathways offer a community-led, trauma-informed approach to addressing common mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and low mood.
