Salary: scp 41- £44613 to scp 44- £47655

An exciting opportunity has arisen to take the lead as the Deputy Operations Manager (Partnerships) within the City and Hackney Recovery Service, a partnership between Turning Point, MIND and London Friend (Antidote). We are looking for a talented and dynamic leader to join the team during a period of transition to support the service to deliver on its potential and become a market-leading recovery service in London.

The Deputy Operations Manager (Partnerships) will oversee a number of managers in a number of roles within the service including the Communities Team, Rough Sleeping Teams, Detox/Rehab Pathways, Service User Involvement and Peer Mentoring/Volunteering. There is a large element of service development and external partnership building required within the role and we are looking for a confident communicator able to create a positive impression of the service within a variety of settings with the political skills to be able to engage and influence key stakeholders within the local authorities of Hackney and the City of London.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about improving vulnerable people’s lives in both boroughs and will advocate on behalf of service users and staff within local multi-agency forums. A non-judgmental and empathic attitude towards service users is essential and experience of change management and performance management is desirable as well as the personal drive to generate positive social change within the community.
