Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced clinical supervisor to support staff and honorary therapists (including placement students and volunteers) delivering therapy sessions across contracts commissioned by the Integrated Care Board and Local Authority. You will support staff who work on specific contracts such as our Wellbeing Network (complex mental health difficulties and life circumstances), Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression (common mental health difficulties within specific demographics such as the African Caribbean Heritage community and global majority clients alongside LGBTQIA+ clients), and Grief in Pieces service (traumatic suicide bereavement). Supervisees will come from a range of therapeutic modality backgrounds and be at various stages of experience level. You will support the development needs of individual practitioners while being mindful of service goals and the organisation’s vision.

Mental Health Coach- Black Mental Health

We're looking for a Mental Health Coach, to provide person-centred one-to-one key-working and group psychosocial support to adults and young people with mental health challenges, based within ACS as part of the integrated Wellbeing Network team. The postholder will manage a caseload of complex clients, co-produce care and recovery plans, facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups, and co-ordinate access to wider network services. The postholder will receive regular clinical and management supervision and will function as part of the cross-network blended team.

About Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest

We are a multi-disciplinary provider of specialist mental health services and a part of the Mind Federation.

We promote both recovery from ill health for people with recurrent and enduring mental health difficulties and early intervention for those at risk of developing mental health issues, or who struggle with common mental health conditions.

We currently support around 5,000 people a year through a variety of services focusing on psychological, social, economic and workplace wellbeing, and support minoritised communities.
