Home > Services > I am LGBTQ+ and want support for my wellbeing

We know that people who identify as LGBTQIA+ are more likely to experience poor mental health, feelings of shame, and low self-esteem

Rainbow Mind is a mental health service that addresses these feelings and champions LGBTQIA+ mental health – providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to connect with others and explore your feelings

This service is delivered in collaboration by Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest and Mind in Salford – you can find out more about the services on offer and which location they are available in below.
