A New Office for Mind CHWF

We’re thrilled to announce that after more than 40 years, Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest is relocating to a new space that reflects our growth, commitment, and dedication to serving our community. Our new home will be located at 12 Orsman Road, Haggerston, N1 5QJ – in the heart of one of the most vibrant areas in East-London. This thoughtfully designed space will promote well-being and creativity, supporting both our clients and staff in a welcoming, inspiring environment. We are creating a space that supports everyone’s needs and inspires our best work.

Move Timeline

Here are the important dates for our move to help you plan accordingly. Please note that these dates are subject to change.

  • Final Day at 8-10 Tudor Road, Hackney, E9 7SN: 12th December 
  • First Day at 12 Orsman Road, Haggerston, N1 5QJ: 13th January

We’re working hard to ensure minimal disruption and will keep you updated on any changes to this timeline. 

Our New Address & Directions

Our new office will be located at 12 Orsman Road, Haggerston, N1 5QJ.

Here’s how you can reach us:

  • Walk or cycle: bike racks available!
  • By Overground: The nearest Overground station is Haggerston, a six-minute walk via Kingsland Road. 
  • By Underground: The nearest Underground station is Old Street, a 20-25 minute walk via Pitfield Street. 
  • By Bus: Routes 67, 149, 242, and 243 stop on Kingsland Road at the Laburnum Street stop, a three-minute walk away. 
  • By Car: Orsman Road is just off Kingsland Road (A10). 

Accessibility: Our new office includes accessible entrances, and other amenities to ensure all visitors feel comfortable and supported. If you have specific needs, please reach out to us so we can make any necessary accommodations.

How to Reach Us During the Move

If you have questions or need any assistance regarding our move, please use the contact information below.

  • General Enquiries: 020 8985 4239 or hello@mindchwf.org.uk. This is our reception number, it will remain the same.
  • For Urgent Needs:
    If your life is at risk right now
    If you feel like you might attempt suicide or may have seriously harmed yourself, you need urgent medical help. Please: 
  • Call 999 for an ambulance 
  • Go straight to A&E, if you can 
  • Call your local crisis team (more details below)
If you can’t do this by yourself, ask someone to help you. Mental health emergencies are serious. You’re not wasting anyone’s time.
