You will act as our first point of contact both within Mind in the City Hackney and Waltham, Forest and for our supporters.
You must be flexible, supportive and team-minded in your approach to work and will also need to demonstrate the ability to take personal responsibility, act independently, and manage your time to achieve objectives across several strands of activity.

It’s imperative that you are a team player, regularly and proactively updating the team on your work.
You will need to liaise extensively – across Mind as well as with supporters and runners – and well-developed communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills will be central to your success.
The exemplary care of our runners and donors and a positive experience of Mind CHWF for all will be high on your agenda – keeping you focused and positive when dealing with substantial volumes of what can be repetitive and routine work.
