Mind’s newly formed IAPT service aims to offer evidence-based psychological therapy and to complement Mind’s commitment to its clients.
The current vacancies are to supervise practitioners from Mind’s IAPT and Counselling service alike.
Candidates must be UKCP registered, have more than five years post qualification experience and minimum three years supervisory experience. Experience in the field of mental health care and supervision qualification is essential. We are specifically looking to recruit both CBT and integratively trained supervisor/s to meet the needs of the current supervision groups which include CBT practitioners, psychologists and integrative psychotherapists. An interest and understanding of other modalities is desirable.
