JOB TITLE: Sessional High Intensity Psychological Therapies Practitioner

LOCATION: Based Online working remotely (Possibility to see clients Face to Face from our offices in Hackney)

SALARY: Between £30 and £50/hour depending on experience for clinical delivery

CONTRACT/HOURS: Sessional self-employed, hours vary- daytime and evening availability

RESPONSIBLE TO: Clinical Lead (Rainbow Mind)

 

The Role:

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in the exciting, challenging and diverse boroughs of the City of London, Hackney and Waltham Forest within the charity sector, the post holder will be responsible for providing sessional counselling and/or therapeutic group facilitation for LGBTQI+ community members within Rainbow Mind’s High intensity IAPT service; providing specialist psychological assessment, formulation and therapy in 1:1 and group format for clients identifying as LGBTQ+.

The post holder will be a qualified clinician with training an IAPT/ NICE approved modality (these include CBT, IPT, CfD, DIT, ACT, MBCT and MBSR.) They will be accredited or working towards accreditation with BACP, UKCP or HCPC and be confident working in a trauma-informed way with clients who have a range of social and psychological support needs which range in complexity.
