Senior Recovery Co-ordinator

As the Senior Recovery Co-ordinator you will play a key role in providing support for people experiencing mental health challenges in Hackney and the City of London. You will have a lead role within the team, supporting the team manager in the overall management of the service, team and the building, as well as co-ordinating a caseload of clients in the Wellbeing Network from entry to move on.

The Senior Recovery Co-ordinator will support in the everyday running of the Recovery Team’s complementary peer support projects, including developing peer leadership, supporting peer volunteers, organising a timetable of co-produced and co-facilitated wellbeing groups, and ensuring outcomes and feedback are collated and acted on.

You will use your empathy, communication and organisational skills to support the busy team, the peer volunteers and the tutors, ensuring the smooth operation of the service with a focus on both targeted service delivery and a welcoming, caring, person-centered approach.
