Single Point of Entry Officer – Rainbow Mind

Location: Hackney, East London (with some remote working if possible)

Role: Rainbow Mind Single Point of Entry Officer 

Contract Length:            Fixed term one year 

Hours: Part Time 1.5 days a week (19 hours per week) 

Line Manager: Rainbow Mind Operations & Services Manager

Salary: £24,279 – £26,075 (pro rata including London Weighting)  

We are seeking a motivated and experienced team member who enjoys client contact and attention to detail to support clients through their journeys through our service, as well as inputting into the development of the client journeys. 

Rainbow Mind (part of Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest) is an LGBTQ+ led service delivering community specific mental health interventions across City, Hackney and Waltham Forrest and nationwide. Rainbow Mind is a partnership with Mind in Salford and some activities are run nationally in collaboration.  

The new Rainbow Mind Single Point of Entry Officer will take a role as a key point of contact with LGBTQ+ clients entering the service, supporting their journeys through our service, as well as inputting into administration, development, outreach, and communication in relation to client points of entry. In partnership with the Rainbow Mind colleagues designing and delivering smooth referral flows, client journeys and data.
