JOB TITLE: IAPT Operational Lead (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme)

SALARY: £31729- £33473 (pro rata)
HOURS: 3 days per week (22.5 hours)
CONTRACT: 11th August 2022 – 11th May 2023 (fixed term due to maternity leave)
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, talented individual with strong operational, IT and administrative skills who wants to gain valuable leadership and psychological therapies experience within a dynamic, award-winning mental health organisation. The role will oversee the operations and data-driven performance of our independent, innovative Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service (IAPT), including our LGBTQ+ project (Rainbow IAPT) and our African Caribbean heritage project (IRIE IAPT).
You will be supported to operationally lead one of the only specialist IAPT services in the country that is independently run by a voluntary sector organisation, with a values-based approach that is trauma-informed, person-centred, acceptance and compassion-focused and that honours intersectionality, representation and diversity.
