We are seeking a resilient, highly efficient HR Assistant with a strong admin background to join our busy HR department.
The successful candidate will provide day to day support to the Head of HR and Operations on a wide range of HR related activities.
This will include managing the administration of new starters and leavers, minute–taking in meetings, leading on the recruitment process, including arranging interviews, advertising roles and collation of applications, liaising with managers in regards to recruitment and internal contract changes, processing payroll documentation, maintaining the upkeep of the HR database, and providing general support to the Head of HR and Operations on ad hoc projects.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Due to the nature of the business it is also important to be adaptable and flexible, remaining professional and calm when working under pressure, often under minimal supervision. Previous experience of working in a busy HR department in an administrative function is essential as is absolute discretion and confidentiality.
