JOB TITLE: Data and Evaluation Manager

SALARY: SO2- SCP 32-34 £34075-£35948
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Collating, analysing and visualising data on organisational and partnership service delivery performance; Supporting evidence-based service design and development and equity of outcome; key stakeholders include partner organisations
Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest (Mind CHWF) is a multi-disciplinary provider of dynamic and specialist mental health services and a part of the Mind Federation. With c.150 staff, we currently support around 5,000 people a year through a variety of services focusing on psychological and social supports, economic and workplace wellbeing, and support for minoritised communities. Are you a Data professional who is passionate about mental health? Can you use data to inform service improvement and help reduce health inequalities?
We are seeking a passionate and perceptive Data Professional to join our team. You will be joining us at an exciting stage, having won national awards for our approach of using lived experience leadership and data analysis to support great outcomes for minoritised people, who often experience poorer mental health.
