Chairperson, Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest
Would you like the opportunity to chair the Board of one of the largest Mind charities in London?
In any given year, mental health problems will affect one in four people in the UK. Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest (Mind CHWF) is driven by the needs of people experiencing mental distress and we won’t give up until everyone gets both support and respect. We are thought leaders within the sector, developing and piloting innovative, cutting-edge projects & services, which are replicated by other Mind charities throughout the country.
Serving the community since 1981, Mind CHWF is a multi-disciplinary provider of specialist mental health services. In co-production with our clients, we develop individualised and effective support plans, promoting both recovery from ill health for people with recurrent and enduring mental health difficulties and early intervention and mental/physical wellbeing for individuals at risk of developing mental health issues or who struggle with common mental health conditions.
