Workplace Mental Health Training

We offer workplace training to teams seeking to gain a wider understanding, for themselves and others, of the issues surrounding mental health.

Poor mental health is now the number one reason for staff absence in the workplace.

Mental health training from Mind in the City is a cost-effective way to promote mental wellbeing in your organisation, helping to reduce absenteeism in the workplace and encourage a positive and productive workplace culture. We can provide everything you need for a mentally healthy team.

Our aim is to spread awareness of mental health and reduce stigma in the workplace. We have courses designed for all staff, as well as those created with managers in mind, on how to support those within their teams and to improve wellbeing.

All of the funds raised from our workplace training are invested back into the services we deliver. By utilising our training and consultancy services you’re helping to make sure that nobody has to face a mental health problem alone.
