Gratitude moves people to experience more positive emotions and to enjoy better good experiences, improving their health, enabling them to face adversity and difficulty and developing and maintaining relationships. All of which makes us happier

Being grateful can be difficult when we have had a difficult existence or are going through a hard time. We may begin to take things and people for granted which can cause cracks to develop in our relationships, making our roles – work and social harder to navigate
