Welcome to session four of our Mind and Body Series

If you haven’t watched any of the series so far we would recommend going back and starting with session one to ground yourself in the practices used throughout this series

In this session, we will be exploring how we can be there for ourselves in difficulty. Working on finding comfort in the body, being with discomfort, and noticing any emotional responses to challenges that arise. This is a slightly more physically taxing seated practice but you always have a choice about how much or little you want to do of any movement
