Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest are proud to announce a new series of activities developed specifically for men living in Hackney and the City of London in collaboration with the City and Hackney Wellbeing Network.

Local research shows that men are less likely to access mental health support and so, as the leading provider of community based mental health services in East London, we are trialling some new programmes in the hopes to redress the balance.

Over the coming months, we will be piloting groups surrounding men’s mental health including a Talking Therapy group, Yoga For Men and a ‘boot-camp’ style programme.
